Automatic visual inspection machine for large oil or shaft seals.
The part is loaded, manually or by an automatic system, onto the belt and then the piece is placed onto the rotating table. The pick and place system places the piece onto a rotating plate.
Each inspecting unit performs a specific visual control of the piece and due to a turnover system, the innovative machine can inspect both sides of the piece. Parts are unloaded by a ‘pick and place’ system onto a belt and rejected parts are separated in a special bin.
